subsidiary of the Louisiana
Hospital Association (LHA) and the Metropolitan Hospital Council
of New Orleans (MHCNO). SHARECOR is a shared services company
which provides opportunities for its' members through negotiated
contracts for services.
To improve
the financial viability of Louisiana hospitals through cost effective
and innovative programs and services, while supporting the missions of
the parent organizations..
The
Board of Representatives for SHARECOR
consists of the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Louisiana Hospital Association (LHA) ,
the Secretary/Treasurer of LHA, four at-large members named by LHA, the President of the
Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans (MHCNO), and four at-large
members named by MHCNO. |
